How to create a new booking appointment

To book a new appointment with a client, go to the conversation, click +, then 'New appointment', select 'Appointment' and fill out the appointment details: Duration, date and time, deposit, and tattoo quote. You can even add time slots options for clients to choose from.

Once the deposit is paid, the appointment is officially booked! You can also set an expiration time for the deposit request, so the client must pay within that timeframe to secure the appointment.

Each appointment you schedule on Tattoodo will include a reminder which is sent out to the client 48 hrs prior to their appointment date & time and a last-minute reminder on the day of their appointment.

If you need a consultation before the tattoo appointment, you can set it up the same way as a booking. Instead of clicking ''Appointment', simply select ‘Consultation’.
