Do I pay commission on my own direct bookings and repeat clients? No. Commission only applies to new clients who found and booked you through Tattoodo.
Your existing or repeat clients are always commission-free when they pay through Tattoodo.
- What counts toward my level? Only completed and paid bookings count — whether from new or returning clients. Bookings marked as “Already paid” don’t count, since no platform fee is processed.
- What counts as a 'new client'? Someone who has never booked with you before and found you through Tattoodo.
- Do cancelled bookings count toward my level? No. Only completed and paid bookings are included in your monthly total.
- What if my bookings drop? You'll keep your current level for at least 60 days, so one slow month won't immediately drop your status.
- Can I see my current level and progress? Yes — check your dashboard to see your current level, how many bookings you’ve completed, and how close you are to the next tier.
- Can Support adjust my level manually? Yes, but only in special cases like technical issues that affected your booking count.
- Can I opt out of the Rewards Program? No. The program applies automatically to all artists and helps ensure fair rates and platform benefits.
