What is Tattoodo's cancellation policy?
Each artist can set their own cancellation policy. You can customize yours in two places:
- Your profile's FAQ section
- As an automated message sent to clients after booking (see how to set up an auto-reply)
If you haven't set a specific policy, Tattoodo's standard policy applies:
- 48+ hours notice: Full deposit refund
- Less than 48 hours notice: Deposit is non-refundable
- All cancellations must be made through the Tattoodo platform
