Artist Rewards Program overview
More bookings. Lower commission. Extra perks.
The Artist Rewards Program rewards you for running all your bookings through Tattoodo.
Here’s how it works
- Your total monthly bookings (Tattoodo + your own direct bookings) determine your reward level.

Commission is only charged on new clients who find and book you through Tattoodo.
Your existing or returning clients are always commission-free.
- Only bookings paid through Tattoodo count towards your status – offline (cash) bookings do not.
- Levels update automatically
Important note about offline payments
When you mark an appointment as “Already paid”, it means your client paid you in cash or outside the app. These offline bookings do not count toward your Artist Rewards level, because no platform fee is collected. To move up faster and unlock perks, make sure your clients pay through Tattoodo (deposit or full payment). You’ll keep 100% of your price — only your client pays the $10 or £8 platform fee.

Example
If you have 12 bookings in a month — and all are paid through Tattoodo — you’ll reach Level 3 and pay just 15% commission on new Tattoodo clients.
If you mark some as “Already paid,” those won’t count toward your level, so you might stay at Level 2 even with the same total number of bookings.
